Carrick Rovers held it's Annual Juvenile Presentations for 2016/2017 season last Friday week evening in the Shirley Arms Hotel. In front of a very large crowd, awards were handed out for Players of the Year, Top Goalscorers and Most Improved Player for each of the juvenile squads. The awards were presented by Rep. of Ireland U19s manager, Tom Mohan.
The Jim Brady Juvenile Player of the Year was presented to Dylan Ward who has been involved with the U18 side which reached the final of the Ulster Cup and also has played with our senior reserve side.
The Paddy Cumiskey Special Merit award was presented to Paul Martin. Paul involvement with the Rovers goes back many years and during that time he has been involved as a player, a referee and a committee member. He is currently a member of the executive committee and of course runs the line at our senior matches. Congratulations to Paul and we trust that he will long continue his association with the club.
