Soccer Sisters

Soccer Sisters

Over the last number of weeks the club has hosted a hugely successful Soccer Sisters series. This was established under the guidance of FAI Regional Development Officer for Monaghan, John Crudden. With up to 40 girls of different ages attending the sessions at 5 o'clock on Friday evenings in the Phoenix Centre. The girls are being coached in the principles of Soccer by very willing and able coaches Barry Woods and Wayne Kerley with the help of 2 lady coaches Sarah Cunningham and Joanne Culleton. When the 8 week sessions finish it is hoped that we will be able to get a number of girls teams involved in the proposed " Don't X the Line " blitzes that will run during the Summer. If anybody was willing to get involved and help with these girls you can contact the following number.
